Stefania Carrozzini was born in Milan. She lives and works in Milan.

1978 High School Diploma from Liceo Artistico Statale P. Candiani
1978/80 Apprenticeship in conservative and pictorial restoration at the studio of Prof. Giuseppe Cagliari, supervisor for the Superintendence of the Office of Monuments of Venice and Trieste.
1980/1981 Apprenticeship in conservative and pictorial restoration at the studio of Prof. Giuseppe Cagliari, supervisor for the Superintendence of the Office of Monuments of Venice and Trieste.
1981/82 University studies in Art History at the State University of Milan, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy.
1988 Degree from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, with an Art History thesis on “Oskar Schlemmer and the Bauhaus Theater,” supervisor: Francesco Poli.
1990 Teaching experience in Plastic and Pictorial Arts at the Gorla Maggiore Secondary School (VA).
1990 Worked on the curatorial project “The South of the World: The Other Contemporary Art” curated by Prof. Carmelo Strano, held in 1991 at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Marsala.
1992 Collaboration with the contemporary art magazine D’Ars, directed by the critic Prof. Pierre Restany. Member of the management staff of D’Ars Agency, directed by Grazia Chiesa. Active in writing articles, critical texts, and in the conception and planning of contemporary art exhibitions, with responsibility for artwork selection and artist scouting.
1994 Registration with the ODG (Order of Journalists).
1996 Special correspondent for D’Ars magazine in Germany, Spain, Beijing, Shanghai, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Miami, Los Angeles, and Bilbao.
1996 Director of International Branch IES (International Exhibition Service, later IEP), which she founded to promote Italian art worldwide.
1998 Curated a series of exhibitions for the “Piccolo Teatro” in Milan in conjunction with theatrical performances, as part of a project she organized titled “Art for the Theater.”
1999 Special correspondent in the United States for D’Ars magazine, directed by Pierre Restany.
2001 Member of the Board of Directors of the Fondazione D’Ars Oscar Signorini Onlus.
2002 Selected by critic Pierre Restany to join the Nuovo Laboratorio Redazionale D’Ars (New Editorial Laboratory).
2002-2007 Director of CVB Carrozzini von Buhler Gallery in New York City.
2007 Began curatorial collaboration with Onishi Project Gallery in New York.
2005 Collaboration with the American magazine NYarts.
2008 Start of freelance professional activity.
2013 Founded MyMicroGallery in Milan.
